We then repair the wheel and send it back to the place of origin. Direct billing to the insurance company is the way we handle most insurance claims.
All the panel shop has to do is to supply a claim number, owners name, registration number of the vehicle and insurance company name.
We also need to know where the wheel has come from. Most panel shops just place these details on their business card inside the carton.
